It was great meeting the birders at Milford Point; I wish I could have continued to the other places. But as I lingered on the shore, the plovers came close. It is ironic that this endangered bird seems never to be in danger of being missed during the course of a year of birding.
Good birding!
Great meeting today at Milford Pt, Chris--we all wished you could have joined us for the day!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos! Hope to see you in VT someday!
It was nice meeting you yesterday, sorry you missed the hammonasset part.

ReplyDeleteIt was a pleasure to meet you Chris. Your Piping Plover photos came out much better than mine. Now I don't have to bother posting them. I'll be back to comment on your cute posts. I don't use the word cute all that much but I know that I commit many other crimes against the English Language.
ReplyDeleteHey Chris,
ReplyDeleteWow - you got really great pics of those little pipers. It was nice chatting with you Sat. morning. Hopefully we'll be able to do it again sometime soon, and you can join us for more of the day.
This is really so soooo cute bird! I haven't seen this in life, perhaps being in India.
