Hi Chris,
Wow nice flying pictures!! This is a beautiful gull and I love it. We still have the ones which were around last year. At least one of them has been seen around the city on Sunday.... It is still rare around it ;-)

I love the detail on the second shot—I never noticed that the tip of a Ring-billed's bill is so much brighter than the rest of it. Good stuff!

FANTASTIC SHOTS of the flying gull...."just elegant and good lookin'...."...!
We see them here too.....we are 300m over sea level; on top of a hill in a protected wooden anture parc; but only 12 km away from the sea...so; when the sea is angry these magnificient birds come up to us and "sing" there songs...!
have a great week!

Very nice bird-in-flight shots. Wonderful views of a common gull we never "see."
