The Blue Jay looks super cold.

Oh, your bird photography is always very wonderful, but these photographs in the freezing blizzard of the sweet little feathered friends are really soooo tender....!!!!

Did they come so close to find food...?

The common redpoll with the snowflakes on his "becco" is just too sweet...., the blue jay seems to be very cold, the red cardinal
is sublime!!

Thank you so much for your always so kind comments in my Tuscany, Chris!
I am glad to be back in time to wish You and Your family a very, very
HAPPY NEW YEAR
with a lot of sunshine, happyness and health!

ciao ciao elvira

Great shots, Chris!
They all look so miserable!
We've been watching the weather along the East coast from Europe, I hope the blizzard was not too harsh on you!
Lucky you to have the Red-bellied Woodpecker visiting... A bird I've never seen!
Well, happy New Year, a good health and many picture opportunities!!
Keep warm, cheers, Chris!!

These are really nice shots, Chris. (I laughed at Noushka's comment how the birds all look miserable.) I'm glad you guys finally got some decent snow in southern VT. That little Common Redpoll looks a bit flustered with the snow on his beak!

Wishing you a very happy New Year, Chris!

Wonderful images ... especially love the Common Redpole. I have yet to see an Evening Gosbeak and Red-breasted Nuthatch ... beautiful.
